2306 CROPPED

Welcome

On 23rd June 2016 (23/06/16), the UK voted to leave the European Union. No country has ever left the European Union before, and no one knows what to expect. One certainty, however, is that there will be significant implications for owners of intellectual property rights, which are, of course, territorial by nature.  As the Brexit process is about to start, over the coming months and years (Brexit is expected to take around 25 months from now to be complete), we will be making those implications clear in our "2306" Brexit Bulletins for IP.

LEARN ABOUT DEVELOPMENTS

We will be with you every step of the way.

You will learn about developments as we learn about them, and you will miss nothing.  If there is action you, or your clients, should be taking before Brexit happens, we will tell you about it.  We have also set up a special “Brexit Hotline” email address, brexit@wynne-jones.com.  If you have any questions about the IP implications of Brexit, simply email us at this address and we will respond.  Alternatively, please feel free to get in touch with your usual Wynne-Jones IP contact.
