Ithel Jones BSc, MSc, PgDip, CPA, EPA, ETMA

Ithel is experienced in patenting electronic and computer-related inventions, ranging from hardware for digital storage, communications/user interfacing and semiconductor manufacturing, through to software-based inventions in fields such as databases, financial analysis and gaming.

He also deals extensively with a wide range of less high-tech inventions, covering areas such as building/construction, DIY, sports, industrial storage and security.

Ithel joined Wynne-Jones, Lainé & James in 1999 and became a Partner in 2010. He read Computer Science at the University of Wales, Swansea, graduating in 1995 and was awarded the Bosch prize for the best final year project. He also has a Post-graduate Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales and an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property from the University of London.

His interests include music and cycling.

Ithel is a Chartered Patent Attorney, a European Patent Attorney, and also is entered on the list of professional representatives for Community Trade Marks and Designs.
