2. About you 

We are inviting an exceptional Renewals Administrator to join our Renewals team, who would enjoy a working as part of a small team to manage the administration and renewals process of an existing renewals client portfolios and enjoy developing new opportunities.

Who will be the successful candidate?  Someone who can hit the ground running to support our Renewals team.  You will be able to demonstrate excellent levels for attention to detail and accuracy with a methodical approach to carrying out tasks.    You will have confident interpersonal skills which allow you to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues with a collaborative approach.  Being client focused with good understanding of customer service is a must.   Above all you should be able to demonstrate the ability to learn the technical processes with a strong self-starting attitude towards your work.   Experience within the IP sector is not essential as full training will be provided.  We believe this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a change of environment within the insurance or renewals sectors.

You will enjoy direct contact with clients to manage the maintenance of their IP rights and work closely with key stakeholders, within the business, to continually develop the renewals service.

Salary up to £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.
