Anastasia began her intellectual property career in 2013 while studying law. She trained and worked at a leading London IP practice before joining Wynne-Jones IP.
She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including filing strategies, UK and international prosecution, and IP portfolio management. Anastasia helps clients secure strong protection, manage risks, and maintain their rights in key markets. She also handles disputes and enforcement, providing practical ways to resolve issues efficiently.
Anastasia has extensive experience in opposition and cancellation proceedings and regularly negotiates co-existence and settlement agreements to avoid unnecessary costs and conflict. She manages trade mark clearance and complex international filing programmes, helping clients launch and scale with confidence.
