Three things you didn't know about David:
- I once bought a round the world airline ticket and spent a year travelling eastwards, starting in South Africa and finishing in Los Angeles. I do love to travel having visited over 20 countries and plan to visit many more (mainly hot!) parts of the world.
- I have a set of Pioneer DJ decks and love mixing (or at least trying).
- When I was at school I won an inter-form chess tournament and still have the trophy.
Experience:
David is a seasoned Chartered (UK) Trade Mark Attorney, having over 15 years of experience in the trade mark profession. Prior to joining Wynne-Jones IP David spent eight years working at a leading global IP firm.
David advises on all aspects of UK, EU and international trade mark law and practice and his work ranges from brand clearance, advising on filing strategies and trade mark prosecution through to advising on contentious trade mark matters, including oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions, infringement and passing off. He has considerable experience of managing and advising on large international trade mark portfolios for major worldwide brands, as well as brand portfolios for smaller businesses and individuals.
