Sam joined Wynne-Jones in September 2023 with more than 15 years of specialist trade mark experience. She has built her career inside top-ranked IP practices across the UK and New Zealand. Today, she operates at a senior level, working seamlessly with attorneys, clients, and international partners to protect brands worldwide.
Sam manages global trade mark portfolios of every scale with precision. She knows the rules, the risks, and the fastest route to secure successful outcomes. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of trade mark rights - from onboarding large, complex portfolios to navigating contentious disputes in the UK and EU. She supports actions including oppositions, cancellations, and appeals up to the UK High Court and European Court of Justice, helping clients stay in control when issues escalate.
Beyond client work, Sam strengthens the future of our team. She leads in-house trade mark training for new colleagues, sharing the practical knowledge needed to safeguard the brands our clients rely on.
