Zoe Thomas
Zoe brings 16 years’ experience in intellectual property and leads Wynne-Jones IP’s Support Services as IP Support Services Manager. She has progressed through the business from secretary to senior leadership roles across formalities, patents, trade marks, HR, and operations. This breadth of experience gives her a deep, practical understanding of how IP services are delivered - and how to make them better.
In her current role, Zoe manages the Records Team and Patent Paralegals. She works closely with senior management to develop efficient processes, robust procedures, and scalable ways of working. Acting as a central hub, her team supports attorneys and paralegals across the firm, ensuring accuracy, continuity, and speed where it matters most. She also works closely with HR and Operations to strengthen delivery across the business.
Zoe is trusted, experienced, and highly effective. She is calm under pressure, methodical in approach, and proactive in solving problems.
