The role

As the Database Case Management Administrator, your role will be to provide a solid link between the business and Equinox to maintain the functionality of our case management system.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of our case management system, Equinox
  • Testing and troubleshooting whilst being supported by the Equinox Super User Group
  • Auditing records
  • Advising best practice
  • Updating changes to agreed best practice procedures
  • Providing statistical reports where needed
  • Implementing agreed changes to improve efficiencies within Equinox
  • Update fee changes
  • Raising tickets as required for issues or improvements, monitoring responses, and ensuring follow up

Who will be the successful candidate?

  • Competent with IT.
  • Be competent with Excel including pivot tables.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Have analytical mind.
  • Forward thinking.
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels.
  • Flexibility is a must, in order to react to urgent priorities.
  • Competent with the use of all aspects of Microsoft Office.
  • You will also need to be able to write clearly and concisely in a professional manner.
  • Able to be responsible for organising and prioritising your own work, and meeting internal and external deadlines, monitoring tasks on our internal systems, and understanding your own and your colleagues’ work priorities to enable all deadlines to be met.

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)
