Newly Qualified / Fully Qualified Trade Mark Attorney

Wynne-Jones IP is a leading intellectual property firm established in the UK for more than 50 years with a thriving Trade Mark practice. We are seeking applications from qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join our busy and expanding team. There is some flexibility on the level of experience applicants hold but we think this position would suit attorneys who have recently qualified or have up to 3 years’ post qualification experience. The role can be remote working with some attendance at our Cardiff or Gloucester office when required.  Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong academic background.
• Have excellent client care skills.
• Have acquired strong experience (training or qualified) at a reputable firm, ideally in private practice.
• Be commercially-minded, ambitious and proactive
• Be able to work well in a small and close-knit team, as well as independently.
• Have strong communication and organisational skills.

The work of the team covers all aspects of trade marks and the successful candidate will enjoy a varied and wide ranging caseload.
