Trade Mark Attorney

Wynne-Jones IP is an intellectual property firm established in the UK for more than 50 years with a thriving trade mark practice. We are seeking a trade mark attorney to join our team, based in Cardiff, Gloucester or London.

This role will suit a newly qualified trade mark attorney, or an attorney with up to three years’ experience. However, we welcome applications from more experienced candidates. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients so you must be capable of hitting the ground running, although you benefit from our collegiate approach to work. You must have experience of contentious and non-contentious work including, in particular, trade mark searches, applications, oppositions, and portfolio management.
