Experience:
Max joined the intellectual property profession in 2015 and has experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications, especially in UK, European and PCT patent applications. Max has also instructed the prosecution of patent applications in jurisdictions including the USA, China and Japan, and has advised and assisted clients ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations on prosecution, worldwide lP strategy and infringement matters.
Qualifications:
- MA (Hons) Natural Sciences, University of Cambridge
- Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, Queen Mary University of London
- European Patent Attorney (EPA)
